Game Log issue

I was reading the game log from a game in our online league, and I noticed that one of the entries had the opponents QB throwing a TD to a WR that is on my team.


The actual stats in game did not reflect this, so it was obviously some sort of snafu in the printout.

The players last name is Maleh....there is only one in the league.

I've encountered the same bug in the CFL leagues I'm running, but the QB's passes are "Intended for" a DB on the other team when Quick-Simming.
 
However, in the Final Stats, the Receiving stats lists receivers for the proper team.

I too have encountered the same QB Intended for DB bug in the American Rules Leagues I'm simming.

Also, the Final Stats have the Receiving stats corresponding to either the WR/TE/HB/FB.

I assume that this only occurs for quick sim games?

I assume this is related: I just completed my first league game and noticed that for my team three quarterbacks (Chamberlain, Maidens, and Luoto) combined to complete 9 of 11 passes. The problem is that Luoto is listed in the roster as a defensive lineman. I do have a third QB, but I never put him in. I have no idea how Luoto got in as a QB!? The roster clearly lists him as a DL.

I must admit that I am still struggling a bit with substitutions so it is possible that I got all thumbs at some point and hit Luoto by mistake. I doubt that though, I know the QBs well.

I am now in my second league game and will see how the next log looks.

This is with build 1.3.139, U.S. rules, college level, me v. computer.
