Disappearing Supply

bought a bunch of supply with Japan and it all disappeared, sending the save to Jan. Alex-this is why I'm not sending the turn back right now, I need to do it over.

To reproduce, go to production phase, build one tech point, cancel the tech buy and then choose "use all remaining etc to build supply". Then check out how no supply is built and all the resources are gone.....
