Issues with H3 3.7

I have just purchased H3 3.7.0 and cannot run it at all. The mouse cursor will not migrate to the H3 window, and in full screen mode, does'nt run at all.

My machine is now on the old side, but meets the min specs. Its running 98SE, 1.5Ghz, with nvidia Geforce2 MX/MX400 (64Mb) and 516Mb RAM. Have updated the vid drivers and running directx9c. Is there something missing?

In answer to your questions:

1. I run a resolution of 800 x 600 - 16 bit

2. No- its a desktop PC (P4 1.5Ghz with 516Mb RAM, NVIDIA GeForce2 MX/MX400 64Mb Video card, Win98SE.

3. I did try updating to H3 3.7.3 but similar results.
