That begs the question, why did Memphis not get a first round pick?

Memphis has been in the league for 5 years now hes done all the things that have been required of him in those 5 years.Memphis job involves travel so he  may have missed the first email to send in the draft.Its not much of a bonus getting the last draft but I think a long term active owner deserves a little consideration.
