OOB editor problems

Battlefront features the power of battalion-level combat in some of this period's most bloody and intense conflicts: Saipan, Market Garden, Novorossisk, and Gazala. Players will have realistic control over their soldiers, with a tactical scale just large enough to make a telling difference in the strategic picture.

OOB editor problems

Post by northerner »

Any one else having problems with the oob editor. When I click on the oob button all I get is a blank hex grid. The only way to exit the program is to use the task manager and end the process.

Not having any problems with the editor.

OOB icon in the editor only shows what is built so far. Are you attempting to look at the OOB of a new battle that doesn't have units and formations built?

Make sure you build the units first. Each unit has a HQ patch that can be assigned to it... this patch determines which formation the unit is assigned to... there are also regiment assignments within that formation.

Use the formation section next to build how the units are displayed in the OOB.

Once those two areas are complete you can use the OOB button to see how things look.
