Can this scenario by played against the AI?

Sure. It may play a bit better as Allies vs Japanese AI. The reason I say this is that during testing of the new China, I noted that the AI would still move static Chinese units (that a human player of course cannot).

But - yes it can play very well vs AI

Hi Brian, I PM'd you with some questions but thought I would ask some here as well;
 

• I am playing V1.3: Based on the Oscar/A6M3 issue should my opponent and I update to V1.31 and restart? Is it a gamebreaker?
• What is your recommendation?

Please note that the mod seems excellent, I think you may have finally 'cracked the code'!!! The proof will be the late game as well I suppose, but, what the hell! 'Bring it on'.

Most unfortunately - I think you should restart with 1.31 (groan). I don't think you can go back to Gumma and Okayama and switch their production to Oscar Ib and A6M3 once the game is in progress.

On the bright side the Sea Hurricane graphic problem is solved and the Allied player will now have P-51B's available latter in the war...
