Battlefront features the power of battalion-level combat in some of this period's most bloody and intense conflicts: Saipan, Market Garden, Novorossisk, and Gazala. Players will have realistic control over their soldiers, with a tactical scale just large enough to make a telling difference in the strategic picture.

SSG,

How about making the map *center* on the action during the AI turn? As it is, when I hit "go to next fire" (or whatever) I have to hunt all over the screen corners to find out where the artillery is actually hitting. Sometimes the recipient disappears before I even find it.

Thanks.

This was a discussion I had with the design team & programmers. My comments were right along the line of your post. Design decision was to do the AI replay as you see it because it produces the minimum amount of map-jumping...

My comments were based on a situation where the current AI action is in the NW and the next action is in the SE... made sense to me to center the map on the action in the SE... issue is that the center on action requested would work well in the two different areas of the map... and then would create a new problem... no need to center map when the action takes place in a hex that is already in view. Re-centering map constantly would be a bit dizzying.
