OK, I would rather ask then look for the answer[;)]How do you delete plays and formations?

You can't
I can't remember the exact reason but it has something to do with the way the PDS was structured. Even if you manually delete a formation it makes the playbooks go wacky because it'll try to look for the formation even if it's not in the playbook your trying to open doesn't use that formation.

I'm not sure if that's still the case since the PDS is alot different now.

The best thing to do is to save once you know everything is to your liking

I'm not sure if this still happens but if you kept hitting save it would save that same formation multiple times as seperate files with the same name.

One has to go to the playbook utility and look at the file for a play one wants get rid of.
 
If one deletes a formation, all plays that go with it will not work, so be careful.
 
If one is creating plays.  It often is best to work with a new playbook and import plays into the playbook one is using.
