Display Bug

Not having much luck with the new CC

I'm running XP Pro. Newer PC.

I get all sorts of weird display bugs like this:

To narrow it down this is only in the battle hq app. I've seen no issue with the main game.

That "Choose Language" Dialog is a bit of a pain as it comes up every time. [:@]  There is no text on it either.  To happen once is fine, for it to happen every time... Have asked for this to be looked at...
 
If this is the only example of what you are experiencing, then it's not a bug.  It's a Powerlobbies (BHQ) thing.
