After playing a few games against the AI, it is time to face a human. I would prefer someone who can make a move or two most days.

I would like to play November, either side, with historical generals, and the rest is negotiable.

Since the game gives the rebels a substantial advantage, it might be good to adopt Erik's suggestions for balanced PBEM: advanced rules with population modifications turned off, richer economy on, faster seiges on, and Union plus 2.

I have never played a PBEM, so it might be better if one of us has, though I guess the two of us could figure it out on our own.
