PA Pass & Wraggle

Post by 22sec »

OK, I am really loving the PDS now, and am having great success....except for Play Action passes and Wraggle/Roll Out plays

On the PA play I give the QB a move to command, then at the next point, a Fake Handoff, then either drop back or move to, then at that point a Pass Read. Well when the play is run the QB does not do anything at the last point other than just stand there and be a tackling dummy.

On Rollouts pretty much same end result. I have two movement points and a Pass Read at the last one, and again tackling dummy.

I am new at this game, so I guess this is in the form of a question! Could you actually send me the play, and could I upload it to some folder {which one} so I could see what you have actually done? I made my first play today and had similar results, until I had the QB passing in the last logic box.

I will when I get a chance later this evening. I will recommend just playing around with it till you get the results you want.

SEC, are your receivers looking for the pass?  That would explain the QB not throwing.

Also, {Dropback} needs to be the first command on the original command point, and not in the middle of a sequence; otherwise the QB will run in place when he gets to the {dropback} logic.

My waggle/bootleg/sprintout series all work, as do other people's, so it is not a game issue.

Hope that fixes it, if not post more detail about your play; we'll get it fixed.

did you make a "run" play or a "pass" play.  that could also be an issue.  dream is right about "drop back" and move.  all of mine also work.

I bet that's it. I bet I switched the first command to just move to.
