Norm Koger's The Operational Art of War III is the next game in the award-winning Operational Art of War game series. shack and multiple combats?

does shock contribute, last pbem tur n was odd, oponent who has a shock advantage moved and attacked over and over four times, I shelled some guys at min and got one attack, I have winter pennalty as German? thanks
