I did a scenario based on CHS where I did this sort of thing.

You can do the mod yourself, copy the files and amake the adjustments.

I updated the following
Added Hurricanes & Tomahawks for the Buffalo & Mohawks & Wirraways
Beaufighter VIF replaced the Blenheim 1F
Beaufort I to replace the Vildebeest & Swordfish & some Blenheim IV Sqns
A-20B Boston replaced some Blenheim Sqns

I didnt do much to the Dutch Air Units, a bit more thought required.

The Army in Malaya & Burma got 5 more experience & morale points, 25pdrs to replace 18pdrs.

I was going to move forward 18 Div and 7 Armd Bde to earlier Jan 42.

US Units in Phillipines got a similar upgrade to P-40B & P40E and one of the Tk Bns fitted with M3 Lee/Grant and the PI Divis given a morale increase.

You also have to increase the air reo numbers, but I balanced out the Kittyhawk I against the P-40 numbers.

I didnt get to play it much, stuffed up a setting.  The landings in Malaya & PI still happen though a bit slower and give the Allies a chance to do something.
