The top one is from the 13eme Demi-Brigade Legion Etrangere.

The other one seems a little anachronistic, given that I think I can make out the word "Tobruk" on it. My guess is that it's from the Free Polish Carpathian Mountain Brigade.

EDIT: Confirmed. Don't think that particular unit was at Narvik, but perhaps some component units were (I know Polish troops fought in Norway).

Very good, both true.

And yes, the Polish badge is a bit anachronistic but was the closest thing I could find to the Polish Independent Rifle Brigade. First reformed in France after the fall of Poland and later evacuated to Egypt after the fall of France, to be reformed again.
