Newbie seeks Newbie Japanese Opponent Wanted

Relative newbie - one pbem game in which I surrendered - wants to face a relatively inexperienced Japanese opponent for a scenario 15 game. No more than one move a day. Willing to try standard game or ch mods if they are preferred.
Happy to discuss houserules.
I do not want to play a super experienced player.

im so relatively inexperienced it would be my first PBEM and the first time id even looked at the japs - if thats too risky let me know.
