Art airfield attack -> early turn ending?

Earlier there was a bug related to units with the coastal art icon causing early turn ending when bombarding.
This was fixed in the current patch.

I think there may be a similar problem with artillery units using the airfield attack.
I had a turn using just 10% end after one combat round.
One artillery unit was performing an airfield attack.

Could also be a failed force proficiency check.

That's more likely IMHO. This was caused by units with low movement taking up too much time, and I fixed it across the board instead of just for static units.

OK, probable just a bit of bad luck then.
I did a test replaying the turn doing only the the airfield attack and this time the tired,undersupplied French art managed 8 combat rounds....
