Boxed Copy Pre-Orders Now Available!

Post by Erik Rutins »

Hi everyone,

We are now accepting pre-orders for the physical (Boxed Copy) versions of Close Combat: Cross of Iron. Please note the following information before you order.

The boxed copies are still being assembled at the printers. We expect them to ship on February 23rd, but this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Please do not choose an expedited shipping option thinking that this will get them to arrive sooner as they will still ship out no earlier than February 23rd.

You can now order both the Physical + Digital (download now, boxed copy shipped once in stock) and Physical Only (boxed copy shipped once in stock) options. The boxed copy is a color printed DVD case with a printed CD with your order number and serial number as well as the main full color printed Close Combat: Cross of Iron manual. The physical options are $10 more than the digital download only option.

Regards,

- Erik

The copies ordered from the US/Canada stores should have shipped on Feb. 26-27. The copies for the EU/UK/AUS store should ship out this week.

Hi Guys

We are running a little short do to the sales volume and the weather in the middle of the country as been pretty bad and is not helping with getting the stock in or the games out.  The snow fall where our warehouse is had over 20 inches of snow.  We expect things to be pretty back to normal again early next week.

Still no sign of my delivery to the UK. I emailed Digitalriver to hasten but got no reply. Very frustrating.

After further investigation, it turns out that an error in the UK warehouse's software was delaying quite a few shipments after we were told all were shipping out. This has now been fixed and all remaining back-orders should ship out today or tomorrow. We apologize for the additional wait and we're working with DR to make sure this doesn't happen again.
