Screen size in War Plan Orange

I have played both Uncommon Valor (UV) and War in the Pacific (WITP), now I am thinking of getting War Plan Orange (WPO). My question is regarding the screen size in WPO, is it full screen or I can run it in a Window? What resolution does WPO supports?

Don't worry about performance issue since I have a dual core machine. I will to run WPO when I am running other applications. If I do that with UV or WITP, I'll have to alt-tab to switch application. The differences in resolutions can cause some mess as well.

WPO=WITP. 1024x768 window or full screen.

I don't remember that WITP can run in any other screen size other than full screen. How did you force it to run in a window?
