You get this when starting a new game Silv or an ongoing PBEM game?

I also run at 1024 x 768 and never had this happen. Does it happen when opening a specific scenario or do you experience it game-wide? Looks like there's a problem with a particular bitmap.

Can you delete your TOA.CFG file from the C:/Matrix Games/The Operational Art of War directory and see if that fixes it?

Thanks,
Ralph

That doesn't fix it [:(]

I'm gonna re-install from CD and then the update and see if that fixes it...

It's a problem with loading the 3d Graphics.

Try loading a standard scenario that doesn't have any extra graphics installed.

Try clearing the altgraphcis folder, and if that doesn't work, try reinstalling the original graphics...

Start\programs\operational art of war III\extras\revert to original graphics
