Can't install the game!!

Hi, I bought the game today, and downloaded it in about 2 hours. I extracted the setup file and tried to run it. However, this message pops up every time i try to install the game:

Invalid start mode: archive filename

I tried google, and it looks like the problem is caused by the installer supplied by indigo rose software.

Did anyone else experience any similar problems?
Can you guys give me some advice how to solve this?

My first suggestion would really be to re-download and see if the archive was corrupted during the first download. You can try a download manager such as www.stardownloader.com to help with that.

Right, I've tried it several times now, and it simply doesn't work. It throws the same error message every time. I would really appreciate if you advise me further on this, cause now i paid money for something that doesn't work...

Purchased game today and when I tried to install got SN# NOT VALID, I even coppied and past from purchase e-mail SN# still no go. Sorrry for post here trying to find where to go or who to ask for help. HELP???????? SQUIDMAN
