SPWaW Sound Patch ?

Could anyone tell me whether the SPWaW Stereo Sound Patch for v5.0+ is still applicable and intended for use with v7.1? It's a 200MB d/l and i just wanted to check first before downloading.

I'm using it on both my installations (7.0 and 7.1) and haven't had any problems at all. Both also have the MCLV sound patch applied, but I installed the stereo upgrade first.
