Band of Heroes Maps

Post by jkantor »

Band of Heroes has wonderful map artwork - that is almost obscured by the hexgrid and los dots. (Interestingly, they've been toned down a lot in the PC version.) I'm thinking of buying Combat Commander and using its maps, and maybe scanning the BoH maps and retouching them myself.

Hi. The new maps will be made without the white halos. Have a look here : http://www.locknloadgame.com/Section_Ca ... T=61&ID=57

Btw, Mark Walker has free PDFs of the maps online, with the new hexgrid and dots. You can take them to a print shop and have them prin them out and mount them.

Mark I read on the boards over at Lock and Load that you ("The Matrix guys") are working on some animations for things like smoke, artillery, and vehicle explosions.  How is that going?
