Germans Too Easy

Post by vahauser »

I'm finding it too easy to win with the Germans.

Even in a Cataclysm Generated-Campaign format, my KG Erwin force is dispatching the British with ease. Too easy.

I've even reduced stacking to below historical practices. Still too easy.

So, no more Germans for me.

The Italians don't interest me, either.

Perhaps the Indians or the French or the Canadians or maybe even the ANZAC again. I've toyed around with a new Group Andrews ANZAC core, and I've looked at a Group Anan Indian core (both starting in September 1940 in the desert). Since I never got around to completing my original Group Andrews campaign, maybe I'll do that one over again. But the Group Anan Indians look interesting as well.

Flashfyre, what did you say about those Type II medium tanks for the ANZAC?

Nice to see,,,correction,,NOT SEE any screenshots beyond two or three battles in any of the campaigns you've started,,and now claim without proof to be too easy for u to continue. how many of us regular forumers are u expecting to believe that you are going to win every battle hands down without proof,? you and old TBT should take a poll to see who is the most UNSUBSTANTIATED LOUDMOUTHED UNACCOUNTABLE BRAGHARD this forum has ever seen, I say again as I said when you first butted in on mine and GUNNIES discussion about marine cores in LONG campaigns months ago,,,
I cannot believe u could win threw ALL the campaign with the regularity that your bragging proclaims,, especially since I still don't believe you have the discipline, couth, or regimented mental direction for me to think that u were ever in any branch of any real military.
Yes VA an aweful lot of the real vets that call this forum a hangout keep a real eye out for SPecial crapfarmers like you and find your meandering quite comical,,but not supprizeing when u tell us you've been kicked/blocked.
That tells us all we really need to know

Those Type II Mediums in the ANZAC force were used mostly for training within Australia. No Australian armoured units were ever sent to North Africa; a few were used in the New Guinea campaign.

At the start of the war, Australia had 5 Vickers Mediums and 11 new Vickers VIA lights. 10 Stuart M3s arrived in September 1941, as well as a number of Marmon-Herrington CTLS light tanks diverted from the Netherlands East Indies. These Marmons were obsolete and used mainly for training. New supplies of tanks began arriving in 1942:

Tank Strength April 1942 - 89 Stuart M3s, 30 Grant M3s, 12 Matilda IIs, 52 Marmon-Herrington CTLSs
Tank Strength December 1942 - 260 Stuart M3s, 757 Grant M3s, 302 Matilda IIs, 138 Marmon-Herrington CTLSs

The Stuarts and Matildas were the only tanks used outside the Australian mainland, in New Guinea.

In North Africa, Australian infantry captured a number of Italian M13/19 and M14/40 tanks and pressed them into use defending Tobruk.

Riun - that crossed the line of criticism into insult. I don't want to see it happen again, please. Locking this one down.
