Summer 1940:

Russia:

Love and Peace instead of War and Suffering for the moment.

China:

Ouch!!! That hurts.

Waiting for the Allies to open the Burma road. Turn send to Tica.

W. Allies Summer 1940

Burma Road opened, but will it be too late? China doesn't look good.

The Battle of the Atlantic fares better, with the last of the German u-boats heading to the bottom.

The real action will be in the Med next turn, with the Axis air forces ready to descend on Malta. I expect to take losses here, but am gratified to note that the first German troops won't hit African shores until Fall of 1940. The chances of keeping Cairo are good, if the German high command wants to launch Barbarossa on time.

Germany Fa 40

The RN has withdrawn from the Central Med without any fight at all [:-][:-][:-], Admirals like Nelson are no longer part of the RN, which is just fine.
The Luftwaffe pounded hard Malta's airfields destroying a TB and sending home for spare parts a HB squadron, thus gaining control of C. Mediterranean sea, DAK eager to see some action has landed in Tobruk and plans to take Cairo as soon as possible.
Yugoslavia after leaning towards the allies was taken, they should have known better.

W.Allies Fall 1940

The British ready their defenses in Cairo. The Germans have added a transport, threatening Scotland, so some reserves are held back to cover the Home Islands.

The Japanese are getting ominously close to India via China. Defensive preparations are also underway there.

Winter 1941:

Russia:

Germany is so scared of the Communist Menace that they are sending their Panzers to Rommel in the hope of facing only Rats in the Desert but those rats will bite. [:-]

Anyway our intelligence is cautiously predicting that Spring 1941 will be quiet. Definitely Hitler is a man of honor in respecting the Non-Aggression pact signed with our great nation.

China:

China is proud to say that the IJA army is now in our trap and this one will Spring next turn. It's too late for Japan now...

Winter '41 W. Allies
I'm having some trouble taking screen shots, so bear with me. I'll be downloading Hoversnap later today, I think.

The W.Allies evacuate Cairo in the face of sudden German pressure. The Germans have 5 Hvy bombers within range of London as well as an extra transport and a para waiting in Holland, so a few units were sent home to keep Sealion from happening (I hope anyway).

Spring 1941:

Russia:

We congratulate our German friends for their success in bombing those Capitalist Imperialists sitting in London. We wonder what "Barbarossa" means and plan to ask more details by diplomatic channels. In the meantime the basic means for defensive actions are being send to our Communist brothers fighting Japan. We hope they understand it's their utmost interest to stop any further attack on Chinese soil since the Kuomingtang has been wiped out.

China:

We continue to make Japan uses its supplies. This amazing tactic defined by our most brillant generals has been very succesfull till now. [&:]

Some details about Germany intelligence and some intriguing deployment of troops along Russia border but Germany certifies nothing to worry about.

Spring 1941 W.Allied
The RAF shores up the homeland defenses. Our TAC unit exacts a small amount of revenge on the Luftwaffe while troops are sent to hold Iraq and stretch out the Axis forces committed to the Middle East. Every turn that the Germans attack me instead of Russia is a turn closer to ultimate victory.
