Problems in the highest magnification window

Hi,
I don't know if it is a bug or just an erratic behaviour from my aging system, so just for the record.
When playing (latest build) I can't reliably select individual facilities from a group (eg ammo dump at an air base) if I am looking at it through the largest magnification available. At times the selection box appears, but no information about the unit is shown.
This behaviour doesn't seem to aflict lesser magnifications.
