Skirmishers in HW

I have problems placing my formations in skirmish. Some of them are high quality 5.0+ with a general and it fails a bunch. The formation says 83% or 79% and I try 5 or 6 times and they always fail. I put them on clear ground and not moved that turn. They are always fresh the first time. I have placed them in line waited next turn to deploy and switched back to col and tried. If you have 8 in 10 chance after 6 tries you would think they could figure it out[&:]

Yes it does need looking as it was working well before. Now I try and avoid it for fresh units as they lose that status if they fail.

Yes it was working well before. I like sneaking some of my brigades around in the bushes and towns[8D]. Love small unit tactics. [:D](ex ranger)

There is a skirmish mode bug we need to fix.  We changed some skirmisher rules late in testing the patch.
