Scenario Editor with divided units

Trying to edit scenario 'Soviet Union 1941' but it contains divided units which stops assignment of any new units and other Formation editing functions. The divided units in the formation listing are visible, but do not respond to any input. How can I un-divide these units to make the editor respond. How do these units become divided, as I see no mention in the Manual as how this is acheived. [&:]

They are divided the same way as in game, what you need to do is first recombine the units on the map first. Divided units are always a pain in the editor, and should be placed last, after the Orbat has been completed.

You could try to edit OOB by the new F4/F5 function. I don't know exactly how it works, but it now accepts divided units.
