Battle HQ and MMCCIII

Does nobody ever go into BHQ?
I can never find anyone in there.

I've downloaded and modswapped the latest MMCCIII client patch. It doesn't seem to have made any difference. I get the usual pop up telling me the same IP as it always has done 204.13.13.17 and the same ports 2108 to 2110.
There's never anyone to play.

I try ports 1939 -45 but all i get is some java message error.
Forgive my ignorance but should my IP always be the same or does it change?
In BHQ I right clicked on my name and it gave me a different one.
I tried this but to no avail.
Should I be twiddleing with my router to allow ports 1939 -45 if so how?

204.13.13.17 and the same ports 2108 2109 and  2110.

 
No other addresses will work.
 
You IP will change unless you have paid for a fixed IP address, this is normal.
 
what Operating system are you using?
