Harpoon 3 ANW Latest version

I have been reading the forum and see guys making mention of version 3.8. Where is this patch at,have checked in the members services area and in the download section but cannot find it.

I just finished registering my game after some help from Erick Rutins. Didn't realize you had to be registered to get the updates.
