Looks like an evil plan ! [:D]

Indeed... or at least it supposed to be evil! [:D]

Allthough, there is always a chance that this interception will backfire. I'am only moving 8 CVE's into Aleutians and these ships are equipped with Wildcats and Avengers! [;)]

Hopefully my LBA aircraft have softened the opposition enough. If not than... [8|] (Anyway, this an gamble which I can definately live with even if I lose)

Hmmm... one stubborn Japanese here. Enough of this... next turn US Navy will join up this action and start bombarding these enemy units to dust. Also heavy LBA strikes are scheduled too.

I want to have Guam seized before I move into Saipan. I already have 200 000 loaded and ready but I want to have this extra airbase from which my B29's can support the upcoming ambhitious landings.

PS i do definately like the commentated and abbreviated AAR cut n paste .. combat reports are dull imo. need to spice up and give context .. good move on culling the chaff and adding piccies ..

with sadurkar moving to malta ( now that was a suprise .. and good for him ) your the sole finn here iirc .. so with 24 hour daylight arriving soon we expect at least 3 updates a day [;)].. bearing in mind the new arrival however ( and good luck there ) .. you will be covered in nappies and sleepless (again ) .. i honestly do not know how you have the time to do 2 AAr's ?

enjoy the game my friend ..
sorry for the spelling . English is my main language , I just can't type . and i'm too lazy to edit :)

Yeah! Thanks Rob! [:)]

It was an suprise to hear that Sardaukar moved... [:-] But good for him as you said. He is propably enjoying those "happy hours" as we speak! (the picture he posted) [:D]

The formula on the success is to go bed late and get up early... [8|] Most of the times unwillingly so in the morning. The baby number 2 is ok.. it will born around June... so still sometime there.

My wife will be out next week visiting her parents and getting a new car! Oh... I'am going to enjoy the peace only thing that distrubts this is the work!!! [:-][:(]

Anyway.. I still amazed to see this one ongoing. (never actually thought we would get into February 1945) ...as said rematch is agreed with FDR and we will be using his ANZAC mod.

Heheh..it's been very good so far !! 6 weeks and some in here now. Got my work permit sorted out and starting to work...arrrgghh !! [:'(] Been very busy here even tho past 6 weeks have been sort of holiday...except I have been busier than when working !! [:D]

It's very good to see PBEMs extend to 1945 !! At least both sides get to play with some toys that are rarely present in most PBEMs.

[:D] ...Yeah, you sometimes wonder how do you have time to goto work at all [&:]

Nice to hear that everything is going smoothly down there.

Yeah, it is a whole new ball game when you enter autumn of 1944 and onwards! Also it is nice to get a feel on your opponents style of play. (I have already made some plans on how to approach the new game we will enter once this is done) ...It has taken over 2 years of IRL time to get into this point.

China

[>:][>:][>:][>:][>:]

Australia, NZ & South Pacific

The stubborn resistance at Guam continues. There are 15 000 enemy troops holding their own.

Operation againts Saipan is ordered to start. Some 200 000 men will land in the initial wave at Saipan. It obvious that strong enemy resistance can be expected!

I have moved 4 B29 squadrons in Guam. These planes will strike againts Saipan. Also around 200 US 4E bombers will bombard the enemy stronghold.

US BB's will join up in the action once the Guam resistance is cleared.

Here is an screenshot from Marianas.
