scenario 17 slow pace game

returning to UV after WITP and WPO
updated to patch 2.5 today
would prefer to play allied, but am open to playing japanese.
settings: all on is prefered (except auto sub of course), but jap sub doctrine is negotiable.
Bougainville, November 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9. It rained today.
