MMCC3 Server release?

Post by GS_Schimpf »

Will there be a server release for MMCC3 soon, so that we can create our own LAN campaigns or or Inet Campaigns?

Or is it already possible to host a multiplayer-campaign with the standard MMCC3 server.exe supplied with the game?

We would want to start our own campaign for clan-internal play on our annual clanmeeting. So it would be nice if a developer could help here...

EDIT: I tried to start a LAN campaign with the server.exe supplied with CoI but every connection try gives an error message that mmcc3 should be updated. That leads me to the conclusion that one needs a special multiplayer server.exe.

Yes, you are supplied with the single player server with the CoI release.

I'm working on getting three different campaigns running on the 3 servers

1. The eastern front campaign that is running now

2. Operation Mars Campaign
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Second_Rzhev-Sychevka_Offensive

3. A Western Front Campaign... I'm leaning toward the bulge.

Any other suggestions?

Hi,

it really would be great if the Server Version would be avaible, so it may be possible to play on lan or as example clan internal.

regards

Any news regarding a public server release for MMCC3? And any new campaigns in the pipeline?
