Double sieges

Post by Walloc »

Hi Eric,

I noticed that some time, pic's attached, it seems like the siege phase starts over and u get 2 sieges too some cities. 2 pic's of it attached and have saved files if u need. I hunted this behavior for a while. Funny thing is that it isnt allways repeatble tho.

Kind regards,

Rasmus

I noticce that if you have two armies besieging the same city, you get two separate siege reports but they are complimentary of one another, that is, the score aof the second army takes off from the end result fo the first army.

Hi Drex,

I initially thot it has to do with more containers in same province, but i seen it in cases of single containers too. Yes i've seen it in cases with mutiplecontainers too.
In these cases there were only 1 army in each province, i've double checked this, and u can see how in first siege chattanooga goes from 44 to 11 and 2nd from 11 to captured.
Natchez from 100 to 52 and on to 0 in 2nd.

Kind regards,

Rasmus

Plenty of siege art and engineers are the trick. At leased in Natchez case. [:)]
The double sieger per turn trick isnt my doing. At leased not on purpose.

From the event report, it looks as though there's an attack-the-fort siege going on.  Does this happen when one of the sieges is an attack-the-fort?
