foreign support should be tweaked down

at a certain moment in the game - the UK starts to love me (CSA). They send in a huge amount of research points, money and resources.

I don't really press for a full scale invasion and I check my diplo-funding a little to stay at +5/+6 crowns with the UK. This way I get the resources I needed, my research catches up and I'm not bothered with some European army marching around.

Now - the research support you get from Europe are too much. This should be tweaked down - I researched way too fast all these nice goodies. The CSA might catch up somewhat on the Union, but not that fast !
