Harpoon 3 DBEditor 380

Attempting to use new version 380 of database editor received error message: Attempting Matrix Games Serial Number validation. There is an error with your serial number as entered. Please contact support@matrixgames.com for assistance. Error Code: -1. I have a valid purchased image of the Harpoon 3 ANW 3.7.0.0 game and have reloaded a clean copy. I checked the serialreg file to see if the CD serial number was correct and it was. I have placed the editor file in the default directory for Harpoon 3 ANW install. I am running Windows XP SP2 Professional. What am I missing to get the editor to operate properly? Thanks for the help!

Do the patches on the Matrix site update the DB editor or is there a seperate patch? I already have received the DB editor back in January.

Ok, so how do you get the update? I received the DB editor back in January and says version 3.7.3. Is there a new version?

How do I receive updates to the DBeditor. I received the editor back in January. I just want to make sure I'm not using an outdated version.

No problem, just checking as the editor I have says 3.7.3 and I seen some post for 3.8.

As a newbie to these forums but not to Harpoon3, how do I get hold of the DB editor that actually works with ANW? I have followed all the logical routes, registered clicked where I am told to click, clicked some more, gone round in a big loop and registered again but still no joy with advanced Gaming or Matrix? My own DB using the  Access editor works fine with 3.6 but with 3.7 of ANW it simply wont work.
The boxed version of the game clearly states that it includes a DB editor but I cannot find a working one anywhere online. I only want to use it for testing of individual platforms for academic research not for producing community scenarios. I cant even download the members 3.8 upgrade as it tells me the page doesnt exist,

It's free, we just had to put a different license agreement on it.
