Quick Battle Issues

A few unrelated items:

1) I had a lengthy quick battle occurring and at one point my MS Windows screen saver activated and I basically had difficulty restoring (un-minimzing) the QB. Is there anyway to address this other than extend the time on my screen saver in XP?

2) Regarding artillery in QB. I noted in the same lengthy battle that they didn't move too often to other boxes if they routed and returned to the battlefield (and then stayed their for a good period of time). More importantly, I think, infantry units would stay in FRONT of the artillery for many, many rounds, blocking its LOS (despite the fact they had several other similar boxes to go to). Perhaps this AI needs to be addressed a bit?

1)  I can't really address this without knowing much about your screen saver, how it works, what it might do to the status of DirectX.  My screensaver works fine with QB, so it's not a general problem with screensavers.  Does your screensaver work with the rest of the game outside of QB?

2)  Motion of units in battle isn't an "AI" function per se: the rule is, when a unit cannot find a target it moves toward the center.  If units stayed in-place to guard artillery and artillery didn't move, then it would be possible to have endless battles.  QB isn't meant to be a very detailed representation of battle -- we have the detailed battle module for that.
