Crete Full Campaign?

Post by BK6583 »

Just purchased COTA (I have played HTTR). I confess that one of the main reasons I bought it was to play Crete, which was a battle I thought was well suited to the scale and complexity of this game system. So I was rather disappointed to see that there is no over arching Crete battle, but that it's been broken down apparently into two separate battles in the scenario list. Unless I'm missing something here, why was it done this way? Certainly a one large Crete battle scenario could not have been any larger than the XXX Corps to the Rescue scenario in HTTR.

BK6583,

Welcome.

Given the current limitations on map size, this was not possible. At the moment we can handle an area 2000 sq kms ( 50 x 40 kms ).
