1.16 possible minor bug with biographies

It appears that the biographies of the generals are incomplete. They stop in the middle of the sentence and all the biographies only go for two lines. I'm currently playing with the North in "The Coming Fury" scenario.

Hm, that sounds suspiciously like an error I may have introduced in my last edits. Thanks and we'll check into it ASAP.

Ok, found and fixed. It only affected the two July scenarios. I'm going to post a new v1.9.16b version shortly which includes the corrected July commanders file with non-truncated bios. Thanks for catching this!

Regarding biographies, there are right now 153 in there (including Lee and Grant). I'm hoping to get a few more in this week. Sadly, working on the patch (and when I'm not working on the patch, suffering from patch fatigue) has cut into the time I needed. But I'll work on them more in the coming weeks.
