Crash Error Report and Dxdiag

Post by dpazuk »

I experienced my first crash while playing the game. It happened when I was in base and equipping my soldiers.

Attached please find my Dxdiag and Crash error report.

I must learn to save more often while the kinks are being worked out [:@]

Yet Another Inventory Crash

Post by dpazuk »

Another crash during the dragging and dropping of items from soldier to base inventory. Much like the one that I posted above.

My DXdiag remains the same as I have already posted.

Here we go again!

Same deal, equipping soldiers prior to a base defence mission.

I will be glad when they squash this bug dead.

Have you changed resolution of the game? This crash was reported mostly by people running UFO in widescreen resolutions.

Yes, but only to 1280 x 1024. I do not have a widescreen montior, just a standard 19 inch LCD.

Also, I am running the game with an Nvidia 6600GT with the latest forceware drivers, without AA enabled.

In my case, this error is occuring without the game running in widescreen resolution and without the use of an ATI card with AA enabled, as some other folks have been experiencing when they have had inventory crashes.

I wish I could attribute my inventory errors with the above two issues, but they are unrelated in my case. [:(]
