AXIS VS ALIIES&RUSSIA

Gary Grigsby’s World at War is back with a whole new set of features. World at War: A World Divided still gives complete control over the production, research and military strategy for your side, but in this new updated version you’ll also be able to bring spies into the mix as well as neutral country diplomacy, variable political events and much more. Perhaps the largest item is the ability to play a special Soviet vs. Allies scenario that occurs after the end of World War II.

Could you distribute a few frozen Norwegian TRs around the map?

It could be done. But the game play effect is to discourage anyone from taking Norway (since the transports go to the enemy), which would seem to be the opposite of what keeps things "interesting".

I know that Norway historically had a quite big merchant fleet in 1939. What happened to the fleet? Did it then assist the Allied war effort?

BTW, they wouldn't actually be frozen. Just neutral.

Part or all of the Norwegian merchant fleet may already be factored into the WA TRS units in game terms. I dont know but its obviously something that needs checking before just adding more unit.
