Updated OOB?

Updated OOB?

Just started playing ToH again after a couple of years. I read about an updated order of battle, can anybody help? Also are there any mods out there? I HATE the fact, that Fighter Command 10, 11, 12, planes are only useful for sweeps. And Med Command fighters can bomb targets. Whats up with that. Really a great game, just a few quirks. Thanks
