Graphics weirdness?

Hi all,

Once in a while I get this flicker and my game screens turn to jello, wavy, quadro vision. It has happened in a game and on the menu screens only once or twice...

Has anyone else seen this? I have to exit the game and restart. I'd like to know if it is a game issue or a 3d card set up issue?

I'll try to get a screenshot next time[:(]

Which operating system, graphics card, and driver are you using.
 
Does the screen turn to lines of color or does the screen blur out?
