......and Eastern and Pacific Fronts.

Was under the impression that this was pretty much done and dusted and ready to go gold?

Hopefully there have not been any last minute problems.

Would be nice to see some screenies, perhaps showing some of the new units.
Cheers

Always last minute problems, James. I believe they will be remedied soon though!

I will post some screen shots when the final build is gold.

Hope you're well

More likely a tester was playing and noticed something that made everyone say "Ut oh... yeah we really do need to fix that before release." [:)]

Hours or days!!
Sounds pretty good.
Looks like you have a nearly finished parcel for us. Just want to say ty for the hard work you guys are/have put in. And sorry when we were (I was) complaining that it was taking too long. Had no idea how little free time you had, but how much time you sacrificed for the game.

I love the fact that it's coming out soon. But I just bought the Koger game, TAoW. And I'd really like to buy Bombing the Reich too (and I want to get this game too...I totally love the campaigns in this game).

If I buy three games in a short period of time...and then bury myself in my office for a long period of time...my wife will have a few words to say to me.

I'll probably need to come live with one of you guys...

Bummer.

Jason,

Might as well shoot for a June 6th Release day. That give you a little more time to finish it up and is a wonderfully historic day. :)

(And I will be moved into my house and have time to start playing then...)

Thanks,
Duncan

Hi Neighbor. I'm nearby. Of course I might be sleeping in the doghouse myself.

Well while we're all waiting, maybe some of you guys would care to visit: http://www.gamesquad.com/forums/campaign-series/ and possibly join up? Jason is one of our co-moderators and we could sure use some fresh fodder, er, members. It would be nice if Jason could pick out some evenly based scenarios in the new version for a future tournament; but in the meantime, join up and challenge some of us to a game or two — ladder points or exhibition. I'm known as Gnrl Confusion over there. Scorched Earth is another regular player who I know would love to take on some new opponents.

Even if you don't feel like PBEMs, there's a lot of good threads, including play tactics that Jason has contributed tons of time to.

Hope to see you there!

Just recently done that.

Nothing to play, of course, until this new version becomes available but will happilly join in some PBEM action once I've reacquainted myself with the system.
Cheers
