Pinch Runner & RBI Credit Oddities

Two errors here:
The computer replaced the number 8 batter, who had gotten to second base, with a pinch runner. It then put in a pinch hitter for the pitcher. The pinch runner got the next at-bat. He struck out, then promptly stole third. He subsequently scored on a sac fly by the #1 batter. However, the pinch runner got credit for an RBI when he himself scored.

The box score also recorded this, so I don't think it's just a play-by-play problem.
