Possible Pirated Copy? Not!

Post by Silvanski »

I wanted to see how the playback system in PBEM looks like, so I started a small scenario (Kaiserschlacht-mini) against myself in PBEM mode but when I open the file it says that I or my opponent might be using a pirated copy... [&:]

I do have a genuine copy with serial #

If the engine sees that both PBEM opponents are using the same Serial # it puts up the warning. Therefore, it only comes up when you're playing yourself. You have nothing to worry about. Other opponents are not going to see this warning, however, you will always see it.

The short version: Nothing to see here, move along.

Interesting avatar, btw. Liked your old one more.

Better add a few more 'bows in the general direction' if you figure to get some this weekend, LOL!
