2 Ints at a time?

Granted, I'm playing EASY until I get used to things:

Finally got Bman's mod working. Makes interface run more smoothly, as well as more like the orignal X-Com. LOVE the red/green/blue arrows for movement. KUDOS BMAN!

I've found that if I have both Int's available that they take less damage if I send both out after the same target. (I guess the Aliens don't have advanced targeting. ;) ) I'm assuming that sooner or later that I'll not have the luxury of double-teaming the little (big?) gits.

I go slow on the tac missions. Speed kills, you know. (Got in my anti-drug plug...) So far all missions are a success, worst battle was 3 people in the hospital. I usually run with a tank if it's something I shot down. I'm thinking I'll go 8-man team on a base mission as the tank has so few shots.

BTW, I save between missions, but not during the missions.

Just wait... their weapons will get so nasty, that they won't really need advanced targeting. Just like in the missions, at first the aliens couldn't shoot the broad-side of a barn (especially those "cricket" looking guys). Later, they are like snipers... snipers with AOE weapons... [X(]

Luckily, the Int upgrades are nice, but not, IMHO on par with how powerful the alien's ships get nearer to the end.

You'll definately need to engage larger UFO with multiple interceptors. I usually have at least 2 inteceptor at the first 3 additional base (north/south pole and the other side of the globe), further bases get only 1.
