B-18A Bolo or a DC-2
Take my word for it. You never want to be involved in an “International Incident”.

You got me stumped.  It's 4 engine and probably America, though the Japanese copied a lot of American airliner design elements in the late 30s.  The G5N was based on a version of the DC-4.  The control columns don't look like anything I've seen before.  The tiny window in the middle of the front winscreen is unusual.  So is having the pilot's control column as L shaped and the co-pilot's as straight.

Most British 4 engine aircraft only had one pilot, no co-pilot, or only a very rudimentary co-pilot's station.

So you win this round.

The G8N Rita had a small window in the middle of the front wind screen.  I've never seen a picture of the interior though.
