I understand there is some access, can we modify the number and types of planes each carrier has in a scenario?

Yes. As has been previously mentioned, we include the same editor we use for creating the scenarios, so you will have the ability to modify these values.

Cool, fun to tinker under the hood with this one. Great to mod scenarios and send them to friends to be surprised by unknowns... [:)]
