Missing files in US hard copy release?

I picked up my copy of UFO-ET at Gamestop today. Installed the game and the most recent patch. However when I try to unpack my save files it gives a crash error. The command I use is:

ufo_et.exe saveeditor.xscr unpack slot0

There is in fact no such file in any of the directories under tthe game's root directory. Any ideas? Did I get a stripped down game by buying it hard copy rather than downloading through Matrixgames? Or am I doing something wrong?

O.K. It turns out that the patch removes the necessary script for editing saves. See this thread over on the game's forums.
