Did you get your confirmation email? Go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your email addy and order # from confirmation (if not last 5 digits of credit card) and you will find your order and d/l link.

In addition to THP's suggestion: if your download is crashing due to a slow connection, consider using a download manager. It'll allow you to pick up from wherever the previous download left off.
